Zhejiang Yurong Industrial Co., Ltd., since its establishment in 1985, has carried forward the deep heritage of its predecessor, Wuyi County Mayang Precision Casting Factory, and has now become a leading enterprise in the wear-resistant casting industry. As a major reviser of the national standard GB/T5680-2023 "Austenitic Manganese Steel Castings," we are dedicated to technological innovation and the continuous improvement of industry standards. The company focuses on producing various high-performance castings, including high-manganese steel, high-chrome cast iron, alloy steel, and martensitic ceramic-inlaid products, providing durable key components for the industrial sector. Our factory covers an area of 110,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced V-method casting and water glass sand mold processes to ensure product precision and quality.

In terms of production equipment, the company has three sets of 3–12 ton medium-frequency furnaces, eight 10–40 ton environmentally friendly natural gas heat treatment furnaces, one 800-ton and one 1200-ton hydraulic press, and over 80 lifting devices, forming a strong production capacity. Our machining equipment includes 7 gantry milling machines and 34 CNC vertical lathes, covering the full range of precision machining needs.

For quality control, we use high-end testing equipment such as German OBLF direct-reading spectrometers, UK Oxford direct-reading spectrometers, high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, and metallographic microscopes, combined with non-destructive testing techniques to ensure every step from raw materials to finished products meets the strictest standards.

Our production capabilities cover single castings ranging from 50 kilograms to 24 tons, catering to industrial needs of different scales.
